If I had it all over to do again I would never buy one of these home. If I could post pictures I so would. House arrived took 2 weeks to get it put together, 8 weeks to get any one to consider coming out to make repairs. If you are thinking about buying one of these homes please consider my review. Very disappointed with my home that I am stuck with cause the sales guy at First Coast Homes promised us the moon.

From windows that don't open, doors don't shut, cracked walls, tiny toilets, nails and screws sticking out in every room, cabinets not screwed down or not even close to being level. Calls to the gold support are worthless as it seems there job is to stall you until your warranty runs out. Do not fall for the lies that this company is spewing. Their homes are not worth buying. This home is poorly constructed.

What was supposed to be a wonderful experience was a nightmare! I would give then no stars if this was an option.. She purchased the home on July 13, 2020. The major structural warranty is good for 12 months. The original cosmetic repairs were completed.
From the very beginning at Circle B in Ocala, Fl to present. No quality control whatsoever. Screws, wires, etc under carpet. Shelving not affixed to studs, very large staples sticking inside every cabinet, chip in bathtub, cut flooring where they cut the plastic off the floors.
We have spent more money fixing things in the last 2 years in our "New" house than we have in 10 years in 2 different, existing houses in different areas. One of which was over 100 years old. Covid, wait until cooler oh wait you are no longer under warrenty! So now we are looking to refinance with a V.A. Loan and pray it will pass our inspection.
